Shelborne Development recently completed the award-winning Palmer Park Square project consisting of the gut rehabilitation of six buildings containing 202 units and New Center Square, a 49 unit project in the Midtown area of Detroit.

The next gut rehabilitation project in the Palmer Park area is the historic gut rehabilitation project in the Palmer Park area is the historic Coronado. Designed by architects Weidmaier and Gay and built in 1948, this intricately embellished Moorish Revival and Art Deco building is four stories high and features orange yellow brick with chevron and lozenge patterns. Construction has begun and we anticipate a Summer of 2016 opening!

In the Indian Village area of Detroit, Shelborne will begin rehabbing it's Detroit Riverfront project located on East Jefferson Avenue, along the gold coast.  River Terrace has stunning views of the Belle Isle Bridge, extensive acreage and will be Shelborne's first foray into outfitting a project using geothermal heating.

A collaborative project in the works currently is Village of Valor located in Palm Springs, Florida.This projected $26 Million dollar project will house homeless veterans and their families.

During the past year, the development team has successfully completed the zoning and site plan approval processes along with various environmental soil studies, civil design and traffic studies necessary to move the project forward.
